Held once every two years, the ACP-i this year is expected to convene over 800 delegates comprising healthcare and social service administrators, clinical practitioners, researchers, academics and policymakers, to elicit fresh views and critique from international thought leaders and practitioners on the best practices on ACP.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘ACP in Cultural Diversity: More Similar than Different’, aims to highlight the common struggles and shared opportunities in fostering person centred care in serious illness. The conference aims to provide delegates with an opportunity to learn about the latest developments and best practices in the field, as well as to gain practical skills and knowledge through workshops and panel discussions. Conference delegates will also be able to network with an international audience, as well as keep up-to-date with the latest information on ACP, which can help improve the quality of care for patients and their families
